Saturday was such a fun-filled day! My Mom, Morgan and I started out at 6:30am and drove down and hit quite few Garage Sales! Morgan scored on photo studio props, my Mom bought an awesome folding table and I was thrilled with my $1.50 batman costume. We could've gone all day,but Morgan had to get back for a wedding and we were headed to the Kite Fest. Jed works for Dixie Esclante, so we go every year b/c he works giving rides on the train ride and cleaning up after. It is a lot of fun. Broc did the bouncy slides and bounce houses. We had him talked into the rock wall, but Brayden was tired and ready to eat. They're was good food and, of course, Blue Bunny ice cream (yumm). Jed had to actually work while we were there, so we thought we'd go do a few errands, let Brayden nap and try it one more time later in the afternoon. By the time we came back to get Jed, the wind was horrible. Broc got to ride the tractor train and Jed hopped in with Brayden, too! What a good Dad...he took him down those bouncy slides too.... they're the ones on the top right slide....cell phone pics don't crop.
So, later that night we hit a wedding reception and then we split up...Boys at our house...girls at Morgan's....oh and the kids stay with the girls...darn! The boys were watching their usual UFC fight and we decided to roll burritos. We rolled 100 burritos to freeze, plus 20 breakfast burritos! We got huge amounts of ingredients at Costco and off we went! Jed's Grandma Nell came and showed us the proper way to assembles these babies and they are darn good! It was way fun!
